COFFEE FARM: “El Jardin”


From the moment you arrive at his farm, “El Jardin,” it is clear that Ignacio is a man who does things the right way. For three generations, his family has been producing specialty coffee on this farm located in Gómez Plata, Antioquia, at an elevation of 1,650 meters MSL (5,413 ft).

Coffee plants in “El Jardin” grow happily among oranges, plantains, and a large assortment of other native and exotic fruits.

This specialty Honey processed Coffee is delightfully creamy and balanced with notes of caramel and dulce de leche.
